This tool analyzes SDS-PAGE gel images to calculate molecular weights of unknown protein bands.

Marker Molecular Weights (kDa)

Select a predefined marker or enter custom values (top to bottom).

Step 1: Click "Set Baseline" and mark the top of the gel (where proteins enter the gel).

Step 2: Click "Mark Markers" and click on each marker band in the gel, from top to bottom (high MW to low MW).

Step 3: Click "Calculate Calibration" to generate the standard curve.

Step 4: Click "Mark Unknown Proteins" and click on unknown protein bands to calculate their molecular weights.
